Arlo baby temperature sensor hasn't moved from 22.7*C for past week or so

Since the launch of new app the old or new app temperature sensor hasn't moved from 22.7*C for past week or so! How can it be fixed? Anyone else experiencing same issue and was able to resolve it? Ta
