Arlo baby losing settings

Hi, when i switch off the arlo baby on the app, when switching it back on i lose all my previous setting, like motion/sound recording! Why is this? It doesnt happen on the arlo pro 2 i have but on the baby it just annoying.

Well the Baby hooks into your wifi, the Pro2 hooks into the base.... sort of apples / oranges

First make sure you are properly saving any change you do.

Second, I'd access the Baby on a computer/web to comfirm the settings change (or don't ) via that method....it will help narrow down the fault..... it may just be the app and or the Baby may need to be reset.

Don't think I'd had to reset my settings on my unit for a long time, it shouldn't be
