Arlo baby field of view not working - Can't zoom

Hello, my Arlo baby field of view adjust has stopped working. No matter what is selected, it will not adjust the zoom. Anyone else having these issues and is there a trick to fix?

Are you still experiencing this issue? May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.
