Arlo baby was working fine, then disconnected and now will not reconnect to wifi network. Wifi is working fine and same network as phone. I’ve tried master reset several times. Online chat and phone support (on hold for 2hrs and position 5 in que for same time). Having a lot of difficulty, please help.

I would try to set up on computer if able.... my.arlo.com
turn off battery ( under feet ), unplug the baby and after a couple seconds turn battery on and re power.
Do a full reset ( hold reset for 10 secs till the led flashes amber )
attempt to sync to wifi as if new
Morse is faster than texting!
