Arlo alerts turning off every night

We’ve had the Arlo baby for a over a year. With the recent upgrade in April, our alerts turn off every night. We have to now actively turn them on. I called customer service multiple times and the answer was to go to the community page. When will this issue be resolved? The monitor is useless if it won’t monitor the baby. No videos are being saved any more either. It looks like others are having the same issue but the discussion board is locked, and we can’t see the responses. I find it interesting that this is the ONLY discussion we can’t read. Crossing my fingers that is an indicator someone is trying to FIX IT!!

Please help! We just want to monitor our baby.

Can you verify if your Arlo Baby is on the latest firmware Version: ABC1000 1.10.0.0_923_488774b as well as verify if you are running the latest version of the Arlo app 3.2
