We've had our Arlo Baby for just over 7 months now (apparently right before they were discontinued?).  Last night our Arlo Baby decided to stop charging the battery and now it won't power up at all.  I've tried different USB cables, I've tried different power outlets, I've tried forcing the battery on and off, and nothing is working.  Now we have no monitor to keep an eye on our baby. 

What do I do now?

You say you've had the Baby monitor for 7 months.. the warranty is a year, I would contact Arlo support for possible warranty issue.

I did, but haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve tried 3 times now.

Is there another way to open a case outside of the “Live chat”, which isn’t live at all. It just was some automated bot and at the end said they would let an associate know. That was all
