My baby monitor just suddenly died and even though it’s been plugged into the socket for a week now it won’t turn back on. I checked the socket and adapter they are fine, it’s the camera itself. It shut off and won’t turn on again.
does anyone know how to fix that

Can u test the cable/ adapter on another camera ( or phone ) to verify it's good...?
if so, have you tried turning off the battery ( under feet ) , unplugging then turn on battery and power , then do a factory reset ( hold in reset for 10 secs till the led flashes Amber )
resync as if new

I checked the adapter and wire, they are working fine. It’s the camera itself. I tried resetting and nothing happened, it’s completely dead. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks

If you verified the adapter is putting out power AND turned off the battery then a reset... got nothing.
If less than a year old there is the warranty route via Arlo support.
