On opening the Arlo app on my Android phone or iPad I very frequently get long periods with the message 'connecting' along with the spinning circle of frustration when trying to connect to my Arlo baby. The message just stays there for a long time, sometimes timing out after about ten minutes with 'couldn't connect to base station'. It's a bit of a lottery as to whether I can use the camera at all.
Happens on WiFi and on my 4g cellular connection. I have no issues from any other devices usuing my WiFi or cellular connection.
Have owned the Arlo baby device for about eight months now and this problem has been with me the whole time. I've been through it with their Indian call centre a few times but they just talk me through resetting the base station.
It's so unreliable I've actually bought a £30 Motorola audio monitor that I trust faaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr more. But I still want to use the video monitor.
Is there some simple reason I'm not seeing for this repeatedly happening?

The model number is ABC100. The model drop down above provides no options.
