as of last night ,none of my Pro 1s or 2s are sending notifications to my Galaxy

Have you tried rebooting your base station & test again? What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you currently running?

Yes I have tried rebooting.

And starting  again. 

I am from the netherlands and I receive updates from Google play. I have the latest version:


2019-04-02 update 


• Update to continue receiving push notifications (on Android 5.0 and higher).

• Fixed an issue where Modes were not appearing for some users.

• Multiple improvements for Arlo Ultra : 4K image quality improved when streaming locally. Tap once to initiate 2-way talk during live stream. And numerous smaller adjustments to make it easier to set up your Ultra cameras.

• Several other bug fixes and stability improvements.

Can you PM me the admin account email that was registered when the system was first setup. I will create a case for the account holder regarding the granted access issue.
