as of last night ,none of my Pro 1s or 2s are sending notifications to my Galaxy

Yes I have tried rebooting.
And starting again.
I am from the netherlands and I receive updates from Google play. I have the latest version:
2019-04-02 update
• Update to continue receiving push notifications (on Android 5.0 and higher).
• Fixed an issue where Modes were not appearing for some users.
• Multiple improvements for Arlo Ultra : 4K image quality improved when streaming locally. Tap once to initiate 2-way talk during live stream. And numerous smaller adjustments to make it easier to set up your Ultra cameras.
• Several other bug fixes and stability improvements.
