Our Arlo baby stopped working yesterday. It has no led lights that are on even after we plug it into the outlet and have left it plugged in. We have tried to reset/reboot and let it charge but it’s not turning on. Not sure what else we can do or if it’s completely done for.

FYI. Just talked to their support. Told them our issue. Said they couldn't do anything about it since it appears its a hardware malfunction and because we are past our 1 year hardware warranty they told us we have to purchase another one. Very Dissapointing.
