Arlo Baby night vision randomly stopped working. Shows pitch black room when night vision is on.

Night vision randomly stopped working. Tried everything to fix it but still nothing. Pitch black room switched on, on the app, restart etc HELP...

Are the red IR LEDs lighting in the dark?

No they aren't!

Is night vision turned on in the camera settings? If so, try turning it off and back on to toggle the setting. You may need to turn Baby off, removing AC power and battery and then back on to see if that helps. Last effort would be to remove it from Settings, My Devices and set it back up as if new.

I have done all of that and still nothing.
