Whenever I manually recored a video it stops early, usually 21 or 31 seconds despite me recording for a minute or two. Any solutions to this?

Is this occurring on the web portal or mobile app? Which version of the Arlo mobile app are you using & which version of OS on your Mobile device?

This is occurring on the mobile app version 3.6. iOS 15.3.1.

I wasn't able to replicate on iOS 15.4 with Arlo app v3.6. Are you able to update your iOS and test again?

Yes updated my phone and the same thing happened. I pressed record, let the record run for 50 seconds. Then in my library there is only a 3 second clip.
