Baby arlo Camera will not get past the find device step

Camera will not get pst the find device step, have been using for 2.5 years and now nothing is working, help please

Only thing to do is a full reset ( for ten secs till the led flashes ) and try to reinstall.

 

Many other have had this issue and have had no luck getting to work. Seems like the cameras go DOA for unknown reason.
