The sounds are loaded but skip before playing. I click on one to play and it doesn’t even start before skipping to the next which doesn’t play and skips to the next continually.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

I have restarted it multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the camera, tried clearing my playlist and readding sounds - when I do that then none of the sounds work so I haven’t tried that again, and changed the network the camera was on. Not sure what else to do!
