Since about two weeks before the new app was released my Arlo Baby will regularly say “Your device is not connected.” This is happening multiple times a day. Please help! Also please note that no other WiFi-connected devices in our home are having issues.

This is every single time?  Have you done anything to troubleshoot it?

 

Is the camera LED solid blue when this happens?  If not, what color is it (and is it blinking)?  LED status is on page 11 here: https://www.arlo.com/it/images/Documents/ArloBaby/arlo_baby_um.pdf

Hi Stephen B,
When this happens the light is turned off. I have tried rebooting the device (using the power switch on the bottom); when I turn it back on the light is solid amber, followed by blinking blue then it shuts off after about 5 seconds. Please advise!
