My Arlo Baby is stuck with an amber light, have tried everything and I cannot get it to work. I have also looked for everyway to contact support and all I get is a chat bot that cannot help me with anything

Support is most easily found using the app by going to Settings, Support. At the end of the chatbot, answer the questions which can put you in touch with an agent.

Untrue.. I cannot be put in touch with an agent. How can I get my money back? Completely unsatisfied. I have used it for exactly 3 months and it no longer works!!
