Arlo Baby stopped recording to library

Purchased 15/2/2019 has been great until this last week. It has stopped recording both audio and motion to library. Any ideas? It’s virtually impossible to contact anyone. States don’t have a subscription. I never have it’s why we purchased it in the first place. Understood did not need subscription for 7 day recording. I read about turning battery off by removing feet however I cannot figure how to do this and don’t want to force and break it. It turns have way down however I figured this was for angle rather than removing feet. Help please. I connect to iPhone XR.

Have you tried a reset of the Baby?

under the ears there is a reset which needs to be held in for about 10 secs till the led flashes.

Re-setup as if new.

As to feet/battery,  hold the BOTTOM base part and turn the feet about a quarter turn... after this the feet pull down and the switch be be there... Green showing means it is ON so push to no green for about ten secs

to install feet, line up the feet bracket to holes in base , insert,  give a quarter turn back
