Arlo Baby does not record to library

Arlo Baby does not record to library. Already reset arlo baby, delete app from phone and then re-installed. Arlo baby still not recording. Im at a lost.

PS Can see livestream + other arlos do record to library, so certainly nothing wrong with wifi at home.

Check the Mode and make sure the devices are armed/monitoring. Not sure if it was an update but our baby monitors was set to off recently
