Arlo Baby is not connecting well. Tried different WiFi networks but Arlo app cannot find device.

Our arlo babycamera is not connecting well. We've bought the camera 2 weeks ago.
The installation in our home went well, the camera was connected to our wifi network.
Last week we visited friends and took the camera with us, we've tried to connect our camera to the wifi network of our friends, it didn't work, we tried several times. The arlo app was saying he couldn't find an arlo device over and over again.
We tried to connect on an iPhone and a Samsung phone

Back home we were able to connect again to our wifi network everything worked fine.

Yesterday we tried again to connect the device on another network, and again it failed.

Back home the device won't even connect to our own wifi network again.

How is this possible? In my eyes it must be possible to connect the camera to any wifi network I want, at home or at friends??

Can anyone give us a solution to fix this problem?

Do a reset of the Baby,... (hold reset for ten secs till the led flashes )

When moving Baby to other wifi systems, I have seen issues with non normal characters in the PW and also remember the phone MUST be on the same network when setting up.

Also, sometimes a power down ( with turning off the battery under feet ) will do the trick to re sync to home wifi.
