Arlo Baby firmware update keeps failing!!!

Arlo Baby Monitor

The firmware update 1.9.9.0_808 released in June 2019 CANNOT be updated.

I've tried more than 50 times, even with reboot, log on from app and from web application.

Very frustrating, without the update people with access cannot see the baby status which has been so painful with all those complaints from family members.

Please solve!

Tried that dozen times, didn't work.
