Arlo Baby doens't connect to my android phone

So we bought the Arlo baby monitor and my girlfriend was able to connect to it without any problem with her iphone. I couldn't make it happen with my samsung s7 edge.. my connection is fine (hence my girlfriend connecting instantly). I can't find if there is anything i can do different. Can someone help?

I would delete the app and then reinstall ....

you should have no issues with the S7

Thanks Tom Mac. Tried it but doesn't work. I get the QR-code, I get the sound i should get but then it just keeps searching and after a long time it tells me it can't find anything.

I would imagine that if you have got this far you have done the following but just checking that she granted you access so that you could login to the app using your details and that you are entering the wifi password correctly.

Agreed. It sounds like the OP is trying to set the camera up again rather than logging into an account that will view the already configured camera.
