Device suddenly stopped transmitting. Frozen with solid amber LED.

I have deleted device from app, attempted power cycle, attempted factory reset. Chat bot has no solutions, and it appears per community posts I’m not the first with this issue. I have two Arlo Baby devices for two children’s rooms. This is only occurring with one. I am frustrated to no end. Please help.

unplug the baby, turn off battery ( under feet ) for about 30 secs...

plug back in and after about 2 mins try a reset with paperclip... hold in for ten sec till the led flashes.

then the setup if it works is if the baby is new.

( be careful with the router name and pw )

If above doesn't work, it may just be defective

No LED flashing after this process. It is frozen in reboot land.

Have you tried resetting per these instructions here? How do I reset Arlo Baby to factory default settings?

It’s now Nov. 12th and I still have no resolution to this issue and a functionless device.
