We recently moved our Arlo baby camera to the wall mount. It had previously been on a table, but we wanted to see the whole room when he is out of bed. The notification settings are all messed up now. It was alerting to sound, but I had turned the sound alerts off. It also isn’t alerting to motion. I have the motion sensitivity turned all the way up. I have tried to reset it from the app, unplugged and reset it that way too. I created a new mode in case there was something wrong with the previous one. It simply will not detect motion.
Hi thank you for the response. I did reset the camera this morning and even removed the device and readded it. It still is not detecting motion. Both of my kids were in the room right under the camera and it didn’t alert. I’ve attached a photo.
