I've an Arlo Baby camera and just can't conect it. I have no problems with my wifi system. Im not using a mesh wifi network. I've already tried with the app (iOS) and with the website. My camera just isn't in the options for connection. It appear at HomeKit, but I have no code for connecting with that app also. Money lost?

Have you tried factory resetting the camera then onboarding via the Arlo app or web portal?
