Was having enough trouble with software working to add other users for the grandmas to be able to use when they were over.
Now tried doing a hard reset, power cycled and can’t get past the device trying to join the network. I have an excellent mesh network with strong signal throughout the house and was working fine before. Chat bot was beyond unhelpful and said I’m not entitled to support - what kind of business I this?! Reading through other peoples posts it seems one person at least needed a new camera. Please help!

Have you tried to split your network bands and connect to either 2.4 or 5Ghz? Make sure your phone is connected to the network that you're trying to connect the Arlo Baby to.
