ABC1000. Worked for 6 month and now solid amber led light. Nothing helps. It doesn’t even blinks!!! Help!!

I tried to do it but I couldn’t. The light is solid amber all the time. I’ve pushed all the buttons. Nothing helped.

Did you press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds?

I’ve tried to hold it for ten twenty seconds and even a minute. Nothing. Live chat with arlo doesn’t work.

Sounds like a hardware issue. Have you tried a different power supply that has the same specs as the Netgear one or plain battery power? That might help narrow down what's to blame. 

 

If chat isn't working (seems to be a consistent complaint), use the phone option.
