Our Arlo Baby restarts itself at lest five times a day and wakes up our baby.
Is this a router issue? We have fast 25MBPS NBN Broadband connection.
Anyone elese have this issue?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

No, still having the problems.
Unfortunately, with the baby, my other son, work and all that jazz haven't had the time to invest in pursuing a refund. That's the most frustrating thing. The product doesn't work and then we have to invest more time and effort to get compensated.

This happens to us too. Very frustrating. It reboots several times a day and then disconnects from the WIFI. I tried to reach Arlo Support with no luck. Did anyone find any solution to this? Very disappointing from the “best baby monitor” as they say... If it keeps happening I’ll return it to have my baby safe with another reliable product.

I’m having the exact same issue. So frustrating!! Has anyone had any luck contacting tech support? In the past, it’s been a major waste of time.
We love this monitor when it works... but it seems like new updates constantly break it. It’s basically useless right now.
