We have an ARLO Baby that works with the main account it was set up on and I have granted access to someone.

 

  1. The "request invite" is sent to the person I am allowing access to.
  2. When they follow the link to set up an account, they enter their address and are told the email is assoiated with an account, so they should enter their password.
  3. When they request to reset their password, they are asked to entre their email address (for instructions and link to be sent to them), however they then receive a message stating the email is not in the system and do not receive a reset password email. 
  4. This means they are unabe to access the arlo baby as they can not access the alledged account, nor can they set-up a new account.

Or use a new email for them so they can creat a new account
