We have an ARLO Baby that works with the main account it was set up on and I have granted access to someone.
- The "request invite" is sent to the person I am allowing access to.
- When they follow the link to set up an account, they enter their address and are told the email is assoiated with an account, so they should enter their password.
- When they request to reset their password, they are asked to entre their email address (for instructions and link to be sent to them), however they then receive a message stating the email is not in the system and do not receive a reset password email.
- This means they are unabe to access the arlo baby as they can not access the alledged account, nor can they set-up a new account.
