Arlo Baby Is Not Updating & Gives Error

My Arlo baby camera will not work with live camera until the update goes through and the firmware update keeps failing. I have restarted phone, Arlo device, wifi router etc.. nothing has worked. I paid a good amount of money for the camera for it to keep having so many issues.

Have you tried resetting the camera and starting fresh?

Firmware updates should complete on their own overnight, are you still experiencing an issue?

Completely agree, my husband is an IT professional and we have the best Wi-Fi for a house twice our size. However this product constantly has issues in his constantly dropping. I would never trust this product to watch my baby, and I have purchased $30 voice only system that works great.
