My Arlo baby camera will not work with live camera until the update goes through and the firmware update keeps failing. I have restarted phone, Arlo device, wifi router etc.. nothing has worked. I paid a good amount of money for the camera for it to keep having so many issues.
Completely agree, my husband is an IT professional and we have the best Wi-Fi for a house twice our size. However this product constantly has issues in his constantly dropping. I would never trust this product to watch my baby, and I have purchased $30 voice only system that works great.
