Arlo Baby Cam disconnected and won’t reconnect

I have the Arlo baby abc 1000 that has been disconnected and won’t connect via the app or when attempting to scan the QR code. I’ve already factory reset it and ensured the Wi-Fi matches my camera and phone. I have an iPhone with the latest a IOS. I’ve seen this has been a common problem with this camera for awhile now. Does anybody know how to fix this? I tried tech support but apparently I don’t have the privilege to support. Not sure why but any insight would be appreciated.

Only other option ( since there has been minor issues with the newest iphone/os ) is to try on computer.

 

Start up the web access ( same user/pw at   my.arlo.com )

attempt to add the camera after a full reset ( hold reset for 10 secs till the led flashes amber ) by following directions to add new device
