Arlo Baby Cam Not Working & It Won't Charge

Arlo baby cam was working great then I plugged it In and it was charging and working everything. I had it set up through my phone. And I then logged in on my PC trying to find my saved videos which I cant find them either but wasnt unplugged or anything I tried unplugging it to another outlet and then the cord nothing it's not keeping a charge or charging now

Have you tried another wall outlet within you home? make sure you have the light switch on if it controls the power to that outlet.
