Since 2 days, the Arlo Baby shows a constant Amber light, whether on battery or with the power cable plugged in. Nothing happens when I try to reset it pushing the reset button for more than 10 seconds. I can't manage to talk to support as I don't have an active Arlo Service Plan so how do I get help on this?

Well it's prob out of warranty ( 1 yr ) so if it's DOA, your out of luck
Did you un power it and turn off battery ( under feet ) for a few mins ?
re power up and try the reset again.
