I bought a second Arlo Baby model:ABC1000 off amazon. I’m having difficulty adding it to my app on my iPhone. I follow all the steps and it says no devices found. I’ve also tried resetting it, with the same results.

I talked with Arlo support on live chat and before getting disconnected I tried everything they said with the same results.

My next step was going to be to call them but I figured I’d try here and see if I could get any help.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

I’ve pushed the reset button on the Arlo and went through the steps again, logged out of the app then back in. After pushing the sync button I pushed the wps button on the router (per the tech). None of that has worked.
