ARLO BABY: Won't Record Voice - Just Says "Please Wait" When You Press Save

I am trying to record a voice lullaby on my arlo baby app.
When I press 'save' it states 'please wait', but nothing happens. 
Phone software up to date. Just got arlo a few days ago so also up to date.

Have you tried to reboot the baby & test again? What device and OS is it running?

Yes I have rebooted. I am using an iPhone 8 - iOS 12.1 (however I only recently updated from the last OS didn't work on that either).

Freyad,

 

Have/can you try and remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App. If that does not seem to help can you remove & re add the device.

Hi,
Have tried both of these. Still continues to say “please wait”. This goes on for longer than 5 minutes.
