Arlo baby works perfectly fine with the latest version of the app on my iPhone X using iOS 12.1.1 beta 3, iPad Air iOS 12.1.1 beta 3, iPhone 7 iOS 12.01 and the older app supported on my iPad mini iOS 9.3.5. However on my iPad Pro 12.9” iOS 12.01 the live image is frozen. Logging out and back in refreshes the image but it remains static, like looking at a photo taken at the moment of login. Obviously I’d like this to work properly as the great big screen is preferable to use.

Hey @millski,
Try to update your iPad Pro 12.9" to the latest iOS version, which is iOS 12.1 and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Did you also update to the latest app version, which is 2.6.2?

Try to delete the app, restart your iPad, and reinstall it and see if that fixes the issue for you.
