Hello,

After the doorbell is pressed and rings, the light remains solid white indefinitely (or for a long time) and doesn't return to standby/no light. What is the light status on the doorbell when the issue occurs?

According to this, it means 2-way audio is in use:

You might want to remove/reset/reinstall it to see if that makes a difference.

I suggest removing/reinserting the batteries first.

When the issue occurs, the doorbell’s light stays solid white after being pressed and ringing, instead of returning to its normal standby state with no light.

Have you attempted to rest the doorbell?
