A few months back I had problems with the bell going offline.
In the end I purchased an Arlo Transformer which seemed to solve the problem.
Now my doorbell, wired video with talk back ability (when working) is continuously loosing connectivity with the base station AGAIN!
I have removed and reinstalled multiple times.
I have completed half a dozen factory resets
I have waited 15-20 minutes after switching power back on to allow a battery recharge.
Tested for power to and from the transformer!
Still disconnecting from the Base Station as on the App I get the message "You Arlo device appears to be offline"
The doorbell chime continues to work!!
My two cameras continue to work!
Why is my Doorbell not remaining connected?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Hi,
Shayne,
It has been a while since I got my camera and doorbell account. Just had my husband move everyithing in his room. He turn the power on and then try to reset the Arlo base. It is now empty on my Arlo page.
1. I can not get the base to sync or add it to my account.
2. I need help with getting the base on my Arlo page.
3. Then once I get the base add to my account,
4. I need to add my video camera and door bell on my Account page.
5. Then I need to have it so it stays on when you ring the doorbell. It was going off all the time to silnet mode.
Thanks, Kim

To add a base station your arlo account, open the Arlo App > Scroll all the way down > Add new device > Select Base station/Hub > Follow the instructions ti complete the setup. You will need to repeat these steps to install your Doorbell as well.

I have a problem with my Arlo door bell syncing,
shows that it’s connected to the base station but syncing the chime to the
audio door bell does not.
Arlo no longer offers support.
if I didn’t have the cameras that work fine, I would junk everything.
very disappointed that Arlo has disconnected from customers.
kinda says it all

I am connecting only to base station.
when push sync it won't connect any further.
I changed batteries in the chime.
I am trying to connect wireless without
success following all instructions.
I am now going to hard wiring.
the directions seem good but I am
somehow must be missing something.
Very disappointed.
