Two Way Audio Disabled?

At 11:59 I could turn on my audio (and talk to my cats) and at 12:00 my audio is seemingly disabled. (I am traveling, dont judge me lol)

I know about the EOL but.. what is this? Are they trying to downgrade subscriptions so live feed is video only?

Alternatively, all of the devs are on vacation and they fix this bug when they are back in office.

Anyone else?
