Sharing Arlo doorbell with another user but receiving no calls

My system has 3 cameras, and now the doorbell and chime with the Basic (free) recording. The doorbell will call my phone but I would like it to be able to my wife's phone at the same time. Or eventually only her’s. Is this possible? If so how? We both have the latest updated app, latest firmware and both Iphone users

Do you have a shared account with your wife? Can she see the cameras in the app on her phone? If so, the primary account holder must go into settings > Grant Access and click on the doorbell to share it.

Yes everything is granted for cameras and for doorbell/chime. Full permissions granted

Works here on Android - can't say for iOS.

I just checked mine and it rang on both my iPhone 8 and my wife's iPhone 8 Plus. You might need to contact Customer Support to make sure her account has the correct number.
