I’ve seen a few threads/comments where others notice they don’t get video from a call when the doorbell is pressed when connected to WiFi, but it works as expected when connected to LTE. But no one has followed up that they fixed it.
Anyone else have this issue and been able to fix it?
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
