Doorbell working fine - had to reset my router renamed wifi and password.
Base works - 4 cameras work
NO DOORBELL - wont even pick up on the app
have renmoved batteries
have not removed batteries
have sycned
have not synced
SO FED UP
Need for bedbound person to call for help - need oinline ASAP

When you pressed the sync button, how long did you hold it? Do so for at least 10 seconds, maybe a bit more. Did you visit the support section for the doorbell here? Lots of articles that may help. Start with this:
