The Ultra does not currently support the doorbell - you need a Pro or original base at the moment. Doorbell support is coming to the Ultra via a firmware update but I haven't heard of a projecte release. They're working on bug fixes before adding capabilities.

Hello,
We have five cameras set up with ARLO Ultra and can't set up the doorbell or chime to base station. New batteries, chime is plugged in, have reset base station and synced many times to no avail. At wits end, wife has hearing issues and this would help greatly.
