The person outside my door can hear me but i cannot hear them. i have made sure the speaker is up at 100%. what else can i do?

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App? Is it possible to test the two way talk with another phone? Have you made sure your call volume is turned high enough? Have you made sure the mic mute button once the call accepted is active?
