Can any Arlo product perform 2 x doorbell basic functions:

Can any Arlo product perform 2 x doorbell basic functions:

Basic functions:

1. I require 4 x powered chimes [not battery]; [Door bell can be battery]
2. I require that the chimes are silent and only generate a sound when someone presses the doorbell

 

Optional Extras:
3. App notification to mobile phone
4. Video

At the moment I have a Sw??? system with 4 x chimes where one or more of the chimes go off randomly with no-one pressing the door button... This is not satisfactory at 3am. If Arlo can't provide a solution, I would appreciate a suggestion to an alternative manufacturer's product.
