Can I Customize The Quick Reply Message For Arlo doorbell?

I've added the Arlo doorbell to our Arlo wire free cameras and paired it with our front door camera. I want to add "quick reply messages" but the directions state I can change the quick reply message ONLY when activated. Someone has to be at my front door pressing the Arlo Doorbell for my message drop down to materialize. Is there a way I can access this message section so I can add my customized message without having to actually be invoked by someone at home - I'm not at home to activate.

Hi @Recruiter

 

When using this feature, you may select from a list of quick replies when the doorbell is pressed & a call is accepted. There is currently no functionality for creating a custom quick reply. I have provided a link below with an article that will go in to more detail regarding this.
