Audio doorbell and chime are paired but no sound coming from chime

doorbell and chime are paired but no sound coming from the chime

When I test volume from doorbell setting I get sound from the chime but when I push to doorbell it only goes to the phone which we do not turn the volume on so will miss people at the door.

  May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
