Hi all,

since the beginning the new batteries I put in my audio doorbell are empty after 3 days.

The doorbell is working 3 or 4 weeks with the red battery symbol on the app.

Do you know this problem ?

What can I do to solve it ?

It sounds like something (house construction?) is blocking the signal between the doorbell and base. The distance between them could be important but I'd tend to guess that metallic objects in the direct path of the signal are the issue.

Hi i have same problem.
The bell batteries only works 3-5 days
It is brand new I have it in 3 weeks and already charged batteries 5 time

Hi,

I still have the issue.

I charge the batteries every Saturday, is is now routine in my organisation.

The problem is probably that the bell is too far from the base station and needs too much energy to keep the signal.

See bellow what I received, it is probably also this for you.
